The BEATFORGE manual
Everything BEATFORGE does, one workspace at a time: from importing a night of footage to a finished, synced, beat-cut timeline.
New to BEATFORGE? Read Your first edit. It walks one project from an empty window to a delivered timeline and links to the page behind every step. The rest of the manual follows the six workspaces in the order a project moves through them.
Getting started
Your first edit From an empty project to a finished multicam timeline in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, in ten steps. Preparing a shoot How to lay out a night of footage so every camera, recorder and take is recognised the moment you import it. Finding your way around Projects, the six workspaces, the status bar, the session log, undo and the command palette.
Workspaces
